Why preparation decides your success at Cannes Lions
A presence at Cannes Lions is a significant investment, and in a fast-moving mix of agencies, brands, media and tech, the value comes from the conversations and connections your team actually makes. Trained, confident staff are what turn high-energy networking into real opportunities.
Preparation is what helps your people cut through and convert.
About Cannes Lions
Cannes Lions – the International Festival of Creativity – is the world’s largest gathering of the creative, advertising and marketing community, held at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes each June (the 2027 edition runs 21–25 June). Running since 1954, it draws more than 15,000 participants from over 100 countries – agencies, brands, media owners, platforms and tech companies – for a week of talks, awards and intense networking.
Access for exhibitors and partners is typically arranged via Weischer. In an environment built on connection rather than booth traffic, the teams that approach, qualify and follow up with intent are the ones that turn the festival into a pipeline.

On-site trade show training for your team
Your stand only pays off in the conversations your team actually has. Our on-site Trade Show Training prepares every person on the booth to open conversations with confidence, qualify visitors quickly, and guide them to a clear next step – then follow up so leads don’t go cold after the show. It’s hands-on, with over 70% of the time spent in active practice. The coaching covers:
